Adjustment content: Alibaba Cloud plan to close the Database Gateway on June 25, 2023 for new users to purchase and existing customers to renew the service. Functions already used will not be affected. The Database Gateway product will officially cease service on May 3, 2024. The product console and functional services, including product support services, will remain in place until the service is discontinued.
Meanwhile, Alibaba Cloud Database Gateway products will still provide external database access services as the basic components of DTS, DBS and DMS products, and the Database Gateway console will be uniformly migrated to DMS products. Such customers will not be affected by product offline. For customers who use the Database Gateway product to provide external database access services, the Database Gateway product cannot support this scenario after it becomes a functional component. You are advised to switch to the VPN or CEN as soon as possible before stopping the service.
