Alibaba Cloud will be launching a new service level agreement for Anti-DDoS Proxy, replacing the service level agreements of Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) (formerly known as “Anti-DDoS Premium”) and Anti-DDoS Proxy (Chinese Mainland) (formerly known as “Anti-DDoS Pro”).
The new Anti-DDoS Proxy Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) applies to both Anti-DDoS Proxy (Chinese Mainland) and Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland), which will take effect on May 10th, 2024. The new SLA can be access from https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/en/legal/latest/product-sla.
