Add input and output parameters：
DescribeCdnDomainConfigs adds an input parameter named ConfigId. The user can query the exact configuration matching the ConfigId.
BatchSetCdnDomainConfig adds an output parameter named DomainConfigList. This api is used to create a new configuration or update an existing configuration. The new output parameter is an array. Each element returns information about a changed configuration, including (DomainName, FunctionName, ConfigId).
【Update impact】
The new input parameter is optional, and the new output parameter just adds new content. They will have no impact on existing API users. If there is an exception to API call, please submit a ticket for feedback.
