1. Can I join the contest if I only paid for one subscription product on Alibaba Cloud 2 years ago?
- Yes, if you have paid for any prepaid product or service on Alibaba Cloud – regardless of when you did so – you may participate the contest.
2. Can I join the contest if I have paid for pay-as-you-go products on Alibaba Cloud, but have not paid for any subscription products?
- No. Please purchase at least one prepaid product before joining this contest. You are encouraged to explore the $1 offers in the Alibaba Cloud 2021 Double 11 Cloud Services Sale.
3. When will the results be announced?
- The result will be announced within 2 weeks after November 11, 2021. If you are among the winners, you will be notified via email.
4. Can I win more than one prizes?
- Yes, one participant may be able to win a reward for the overall ranking, and win one or more rewards for individual number rankings.
5. Can you give an example of how the rewards be decided for individual number ranking and for the overall ranking?
- If three participants join the contest: Participant A, Participant B and Participant C. Participant A's rankings of all numbers are 1st, 2nd, 1st, 2nd, 1st; Participant B's rankings of all numbers are 2nd, 3rd, 2nd, 3rd, 2nd; Participant C's rankings of all numbers are 3rd, 1st, 3rd, 1st, 3rd. Thus, Participant A, B and C's aggregate number on overall ranking are 7, 12 and 11 respectively. As a result, Participant A wins the first place in the overall ranking and wins three rewards for individual number rankings. Participant C wins the second place in the overall ranking and wins two rewards for individual number rankings, and participant B wins the third place in the overall ranking with no individual number ranking.
6. When can I receive the cash prize and the credits if I am a winner?
- For credits, you will get the credits within one week after the result is announced. For cash awards, we will ask you to submit your designated bank account and verification information to receive the cash awards after the result is announced, and then wire the cash award to your designated bank account within one month upon receipt of your account information.
7. What is the validity period of the cloud credits?
- The credits for the top 3 of overall ranking will be valid until March 31, 2022. The credits for all other award winners will be valid until Dec 31, 2021.
8. Which products or services can I purchase with the credits?
- You can use the credits for all products or services on Alibaba Cloud International Website, excluding Marketplace products and special offers.
