Upgrade time: Beijing time 05:00 - 07:00 on April 3, 2019
Upgrade content: In order to continuously improve network quality, Alibaba Cloud will optimize and upgrade the network in Asia Pacific SE 5 (Jakarta) region.
Impact of the upgrade: Under normal circumstances, there will be no impact. In extreme cases, when users access the cloud resources in this area through internet connections, they may experience intermittent packet loss for less than 20 minutes and the packet loss rate is expected about 20%. Please make sure you have an application / business layer retry mechanism in order to avoid service incident.
