[Alibaba Cloud] [Notice of Quota Center Interface Permission Upgrade Change]
Changes: Alibaba Cloud Quota Center will release a new version at 2023-06-05 15:00.
The specific updates are as follows: Privilege escalation, the interface adds authentication, and the upgrade interface includes: ListProductQuotaDimensions , ListProductDimensionGroups , GetProductQuotaDimension , DeleteTemplateQuotaItem , ModifyQuotaTemplateServiceStatus , GetQuotaTemplateServiceStatus, CreateTemplateQuotaItem, ModifyTemplateQuotaItem, ListQuotaApplicationTemplates.

Change impact:
1. If you have set AliyunQuotasReadOnlyAccess permission for your accounts in the system, the above changes will have no impact on usage.
2. If you have set Quota Center interface operation permission separately through a custom policy in the system, you need to add the above interface permissions in the current custom policy. Otherwise, in the interface call and Quota Center console pages including General Quota page, API Rate Quota page and Quota Template page, a no-permission prompt will pop up after a 6-month grayscale cycle.
Remark:
During the grayscale test, new accounts will need interface authentication, and existing accounts and interface calls will not trigger interface authentication. However, after the grayscale test (2023-12-05 15:00), all accounts and all interface calls must be authenticated before use. During this period, we hope that you can further improve the account permissions:
1. Make sure that your accounts have sufficient permissions for the operation of the Quota Center, such as assigning read-only permissions (AliyunQuotasReadOnlyAccess) or management permissions (AliyunQuotasFullAccess), or adding the permissions of the interface you use to the custom permissions policy.
