Challenge

WIZ.AI also wanted to provide a private deployment facility for its intelligent Talkbot service to financial services sector clients to meet the industry regulations and customer expectations. Offering excellent customer support, accurate business insights, and flexible deployment options, such as on-cloud and on-premises, was critical for the company to differentiate itself from the most intelligent speech service providers in the global market.
