Can't Release ECS Instances

I cannot delete instances from my console, it's grayed out.  What gives?

ECS with subscription type can not be deleted manually, it must be released after 30 days from expiration date, please remember cancel the auto renew and backup data
ECS with pay as you go type can be released in web console

I started a service in september to have a look as an alternative to Digital ocean and have Not been able to Delete my account or any of the serivices WARNING WARNING Will robenson you will be trapped in the Borg if you go any where near this Ive had to cancil my credit card to stop the payment coming out as there is no way of turning off the service and the hepdesk is useless and obstructive

Clear indication with PAYG vs Subscription.

I experienced the same issue with Enterprises free trail account.. I think this is setting is with Free trail resources...
