Hi, I am in Australia and try to use your service, but I got some problem in card verification.
I have got the money pending without code in description, only appeared as "INTL *ALIYUN.COM". My bank acount is using AUD so I do not know the exact USD. Can anyone help me with this problem? |

You can login console and create a ticket in support and send your snapshot of payment, they will give you the amount to pass the micro-charge

Alibaba should send you two charges. One of them is the microcharge and one of them is a $1.00 USD hold. The $1.00 USD hold will always correspond to the larger of the two numbers on your bill (the microcharge is always < $1.00 USD).
This is handy, because it means the larger number on your bill is equal to $1.00 USD, so we know the exchange rate. We can use this information to calculate the original microcharge amount in USD. An example: If you are charged $1.27 AUD and $1.22 AUD, you can work out the USD microcharge amount by simply doing: $1.22 / $1.27 You'll get 0.96063. Round that to two places and you get 0.96 <-- this is the number you'd put in to complete card verification on the Alibaba Cloud website. Hope that helps! |
