I just signed up for a basic plan and confirmed that ECS and DNS are all set up correctly. What do I do next after I type in my domain name and see "Welcome To IGS Alicloud Image
" this message?

Someone help me please? When I click on the ECS Console it just loops forever and doesn't load. I cannot find any other support services. Does anyone know a phone number for support to call them?

Clear the browser cache and cookies and try again with the console, you can check if the image used is your desired one. If you are sure about the image selection and it's still showing errors, you'd better submit a ticket to let the support fix the issue.

Please submit a ticket, and provide Instance ID,  error message, error screenshot, all related info.  
Our support team will look into it accordingly.
