Accessing Docker Hub Private Registry

is it possible to access my private docker hub repos from my aliyun instances.?
I am not also able to access http://registry.aliyuncs.com/ from anywhere in the world except in china ?

Any one  ?

http://registry.aliyuncs.com/  belongs to China mainland, we suggest you create a windows ECS and register account to use it.

The ping result is can not resolve;
 is there any other way to access the site and do i need to create a separate account ?
can't i use it with my already existing aliyun console account. i.e.
i am an international customer not in china
