Can we delete and create new instance

Hi i am new on alibaba acutally i have created wrongly an instance with the region of singapore can i change the region? if its not possible then can i delete but in this case please guide mewill ilost free tire ecs or not? i mean to say if i delete this instance can i create new with free tiral subscription?

You cannot directly move a ECS from a region to another region.

What you can do is :

1.) Create a snapshot and image with the current ECS
2.) Go to your target region, create a new ECS from that image
3.) release the wrong image you created.
