Kindly help, my windows instance has nothing in it, just blank screen, no start menu or any program. it says persistent blank screen is because the computer is in sleep mode but i've done all i could to access windows desktop environment to no avail. i have done vnc>ctrl+alt+del to wake it up>enter administrator password>welcome user, But its back to showing blank screen.
