[products]Free Trial giving persistent error message

Hi, I've signed up for Alibaba Cloud yesterday but I'm still unable to give my Free Trial a try. Anytime I try to sign up for "ECS Burstable Type t5" (the 12 months free trial option) I get the following error message in a popup screen:

"Sorry, your operation failed. Please try again or change your configurations."

I tried to change configurations and set the datacenter to other locations but it didn't help.

I solved this problem after several attempts. Now I'm looking for a way to create a server. I'm configuring the ESS, but I see a sum of several thousand dollars. How to create a server for free?

- I'm trying it on a different browser (Chrome incognito mode or Firefox private window).
- I'm Add payment
- I verified account

why alicloud is completely ignoring this.? we need best experience at the begining.
Very suck, in fact, I was not excited at the beginning!!!

I wrote couple of mail and call in.... .

mails no reply for 36 hours.
Call  - ask me to wait. . .  .

Should response faster.... .

Same error, does not work in any region, have applied as individual and enterprise, have valid credit card on system and it does not work.

You need to verify the account first and add a payment method before ordering the free trial.

I am having the same problem, both on creating a ECS and using the Contact Sales (Which the button 'submit' doesnt work)

Hi. I'm using Firefox in private window already (also tried non private). I can't use another browser for this, so this is the only one I'll be using.

I saw the contact numbers, but I'm not in any of the regions listed, so I simply ignored it, since the form is better suited for global communication.

Not sure why the submit button is not working for you... Can you let us know what browser are you using?
Check it again by trying it on a different browser (Chrome incognito mode or Firefox private window)...


Also, on the link, under the "Call Us Now", contact numbers are provided for various Country/Region, have you tried calling on it?

I can't try this service, so  I can't be willing to pay for it eventually... Almost giving up.
