I bought the Alibaba Enterprise Mail (Advance) for 10 accounts.


I can login on the internet browser and successfully access my email, but I cannot login from the Alibaba Mail App on my iPhone.


I get this message:
ServerCode- 1101.


Is it because the domain name server on dream host (domain reigstrar) is not of Aliyun but of DreamHost? (I have got the MX, CNAME from Alibaba Mail on Dream Host).


Moreover, I am trying to bind my DingTalk account to Alibaba Mail, and it says that the domain mailbox does not exist! how is that possible, when I am already using the mail box from Alibaba Mail SMTP?


Please help! Alibaba employees do not respond in time and I am worried!
