I have created an ECS centos 7. Installed cpanel but cannot connect to https://ip:2087.
Please can anyone help me out? |

Hi,
From where are you trying to access the CPanel? From within the VM, or from outside the network? If you are accessing it from outside the network, please make sure that you have enabled external access (through SLB or similar) and you enabled Firewall port that you are trying to access. If this does not work, then try to access the CPanel from inside the VM first to verify it is working. |

First of all, did you try to enable these Ports in your firewall: HTTP 80/tcp CPanel: 2082 or 2083(SSL) CPanel Webmail: 2095 or 2096(SSL) WHM: 2086 or 2087(SSL) this doc is may helpful to add these rules: https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/doc-detail/25471.htm |
