Why am I not able to access my new domain?

I bought a new domain and mail plan from Alibaba. But I'm not able to access my domain "perfect-accounts-solutions.top" to login and create email IDs. Kindly help with some solutions

as I checked, your domain is not pointed to any IP address or server, the domain still pointed to Alibaba's DNS which is ns1.alidns.com and ns2.alidns.com that is the default came with the domain from AlibabaCLoud


in order to create new email account such as support@perfect-accounts-solutions.top
you should have a Webhosting package to allow you to launch your website and create email accounts as well as the FTP accounts
