Scenario:
Building VPN IPSec site to site (On Premise/Cisco to Alibaba/MikrotikECS)
Number of Policy (more than 1).


Case:
Once Configure VPN IPSec on both Cisco (Crypto, ACL, NAT) and Mikrotik (Peer, Policy, Proposal, Encryption, Algorithm etc) until Established.Problem: Traffic cannot passed both sides.

Suspect:
Action (Level) at Mikrotik is 'Require'

Workaround and it Works.Change Action (Level) on Policy IPsec Mikrotik for each of them to 'Unique'.

Reason: Not yet known :)
