I believe I'm still on the free trial frame, Alibaba is asking me to send copies of my Id as well of copies of my credit card, and if I don't do this they will shut down my account in 24 hours.
It sounded aggressive Meantime There is an unpaid bill of $2.70. But, isn't a free trial service?. Maybe I'm missing something. I really appreciate some advice/clue. Looking forward to your replies. Thanks in advance. |

They generally ask for 1$ for verification only. They may ask for ID and card details if they suspect any any activity.

I put a billing alert, so that when it crosses the threshold, it will remind me. So being on the alert will always be good. All cloud vendors that I know have alerts.
