Hello guys!
I have Ubuntu installed in my Elastic Compute Service. Everything works, but i can't seem to connect to the desktop using RealVNC... I have followed this guide: https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/faq-detail/59330.htm But i can't find the ''Firewall'' to add the 5900 and 5901 ports... I have searched for it in Network and Security, but still cant find it. Please help, what can i do? :( |

Go to the Alibaba ECS Console: https://ecs.console.aliyun.com/
Make a note of the security group name listed for your ECS instance. In the left panel click on "Security Groups" Locate the Security Group for your ECS Instance. Click on "Add Rules" on the right had side. Add the rules for VNC. Note: I strongly recommend that you only allow access from your public IP address (at home or the office) to a VNC port. Enter your IP address in "Authorization Objects" for each rule. |
