hello, I need help to Delete my alibabacloud account. The problem is when I go to setting to Delete account, there are warning about to releasing all the resource, but I don't know how to release all that, please help me, thak you so much

Hi, "Release" means to destroy your resources. So, if we are talking about ECS instances, first you need to Stop it and then "Release", all under the ECS panel listing.

You need to select the instance you want to release, then click in the button "Release Setting", then, in the modal that appears select "Release Now", and click "Next"

From here probably you should open a ticket from the console. Alibaba Cloud team will help you as they can see, in detail, which service/resource is blocking you from deleting the account. Sorry I can't help more from the forum. Good luck tho!
