Do I have to change hosting provider?

I have a website hosted currently in DigitalOcean (London) and assisted by CloudFlare. I am thinking of improving performance for Chinese users without affecting European and American users. Here is a quote from Alibaba Cloud:

We are worried about affecting users in the U.S. should we switch our website hosting to China. Do you have a recommended solution?

At the moment, I would like to follow the way of continuing hosting in Europe and deliver my website in China via a CDN. In this case, could anyone tell me if I have to leave DigitalOcean and host the website by Alibaba Cloud abroad? May I stay with DigitalOCean and just use Alibaba Cloud CDN?

If you have large customers from China, my suggestion is to build a new set of servers in Alibaba Cloud (Hong Kong)
