[Share]How to apply to add PTR record(reverse DNS)?

If you want to add PTR record, please create a ticket to contact the post-sales team of AliCloud and provide following information:
 
1. The region of your ECS (Like Beijing, Hongkong)
2. The public IP and domain name of your ECS
 
FAQ:
 
Q: Can we create more than one PTR records for an IP? (Like 121.196.255.1 reverse lookup to mail.abc.com, mail.ospf.com , mail.zebra.com)
A: We only support unique match for an IP and a domain.
 
Q: When will it work after adding PTR record?
A: It will reflect after 2 minutes, please use commands below to check the statusL
Example:
# dig -x 121.196.255.1 +trace +nodnssec255.196.121.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN NS rdns2.alidns.com.
255.196.121.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN NS rdns1.alidns.com.
;; Received 105 bytes from 203.119.26.3#53(203.119.26.3) in 2548 ms

1.255.196.121.in-addr.arpa. 3600 IN PTR ops.alidns.com.   #If it works, you can find you domain at here.
