[Others]how to upload a file to the cloud

I've got 40GB space in the cloud, but when i use command scp upload magento-CE-2.2.0-09-26-07-35-18.tar.gz  to the cloud /dev/vda1, the usage will turn into 100% usgae and size of it will become 64z, instead of 40GB. anyone can help with that? thanks

you should use the command show disk detail
df -h
fdisk -l
