Contest Introduction
In 2015, Alibaba Cloud kick-started the first Create @ Alibaba Cloud Startup Contest (CACSC), marking the beginning of one of the biggest entrepreneurship contests. Dubbed as “the Olympics” of technology venture capital, CACSC covers dozens of countries and just under 100 cities worldwide.
Lasting three months, the 2021 CACSC "5G + IoT" Track Global Startup Contest is launched by Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City in collaboration with Alibaba Cloud, focusing on 5G and IoT. The 2021 CACSC "5G + IoT" Track Global Startup Contest officially invites entrepreneurs worldwide to make their applications. With the advantages provided by being one of the digital economy pioneering regions worldwide, the contest accelerates the integrated development between technology innovation projects and industries in areas of integrated circuits, big data, cloud computing, IoT, artificial intelligence, 5G, smart manufacture, and many more.

Hangzhou - Future Science and Technology City’s Policy Support
Apply for domestic and overseas top talents support policy after the enterprise moves into Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City;
Enterprises that pass the Yuhang district-level evaluation can enjoy a three-year R&D subsidy of up to 6 million yuan and a maximum of 1.5 million yuan of workplace rental subsidies;
Projects approved for industrialization are granted equipment subsidies of up to 5 million yuan and a maximum of 20 million yuan in concessional equity guidance funds;
Overseas talent projects can also apply for the Angel Dream Fund of up to 10 million yuan.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
(1)The declarant should generally have a bachelor's degree or above, with a certain level of management experience or self-employment experience, proven by outstanding achievements; they should have a legal company registered for their project.(2)The project should exhibits core technical strength and continuous innovation; it should have intellectual property patents, model products, or established products. (3)The project should have good future development prospect in the industry and the market; it should be in line with the future direction of the industry.

GRADING CRITERIA
Scoring is based on the project's market positioning, technical advantages, core team, operational data, industry prospects, and on-site performance. Points are based on percentage system, after removing the highest score and the lowest score, it will be averaged out as the final score of the player.
