Mr Chan is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Before joining the Government, Mr Chan held a number of public service positions including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of Legal Aid Services Council.

Mr Chan served as Secretary for Development from July 2012 to January 2017. He has been Financial Secretary since 2017.

As the Head of Fintech at InvestHK, the department of the Hong Kong SAR Government responsible for attracting Foreign Direct Investment, King’s mission is to enrich the fintech ecosystem and contribute to the innovation of the financial services sector in Hong Kong. King achieves this goal through partnerships with fintech stakeholders – regulators, financial institutions, investors, fintech companies, associations, etc. in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and other major international fintech hubs.

Leo Liu is the General Manager of Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong, Macau, and Philippines. He has more than 10 years of practical experience in cloud computing, AI and globalizing the ICT industry, and is the mind behind the “Industrial Brain” concept, making Alibaba Cloud one of the largest public cloud providers in the region in a short period of time.

Prof. WANG yang is the Vice President for institutional advancement of HKUST. After he graduated in Harvard as a Math PhD, he has been dedicated himself in the field of mathematics at Georgia Tech university. He is a Web3.0 Pioneer who foresees the future and put every effort to reach his goals.

Leo has more than 12 years of experience in blockchain technology, FinTech and cloud computing. A holder of several patents for distributed computing, Leo founded China’s first innovative blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS) platform. He is also Head of financial cloud and intelligent investment research at DataYes.

Jonathan Gill is a Senior Legal Counsel at HashKey Group. He structures utility and security token offerings and advises on virtual assets regulation. He has a broad legal, accounting, financial and corporate governance background. He combines this with his interest in virtual assets to facilitate liquidity across asset classes including real estate, art, technology and natural resources.

Wilson serves as Asia Growth Lead of Ava Labs. Wilson was the Asia Head of FBG leading the sales & trading team. Prior to joining FBG, Wilson founded a fintech startup provide fixed income asset management SAAS services to top financial institutions. Mr. Wu was the first few to dive into institutional grade of micro lending via Trust - FOTIC, a subsidiary of Sinochem, as a business director, he managed fixed income portfolio over $500mil. Mr. Wu also leads the global trading team at China International Futures. And he gained his accounting knowledge from Ernst&Young back in Singapore.

Xiaoguang (Ben) Zhang is a pioneer in the blockchain infrastructure sector, currently working as COO of NodeReal, a leading company that provides blockchain infrastructure & solutions on the BNB Chain, Ethereum, Aptos, Solana, Polygon, and many others.

Previously, he coordinated the growth of the BNB Chain ecosystem from Zero to One and built the BNB Chain to become one of the largest L1 blockchains worldwide in 2 years.

He is on a mission to make web3 real, aiming to support mass adoption, growth, and long-term success of the web3 ecosystem. Ben, is a Ph.D. holder in Computer Science from one of Asia’s top Universities.

His team works directly with Web3 projects to help them launch and grow effectively through different support programs and ecosystem partnerships.

After a prolific career at LinkedIn, he transitioned from web2 to web3, and has since advised and driven various decentralized applications in the Gamefi, DeFi, and infra verticals.

Ms. Shi is the Director of ConsenSys in charge of Asia Strategy. Before joining ConsenSys, she has over 10 years of experience in investment advisory and asset management. She brings deep understanding of market and expertise across multiple industries and the entire business cycle.

Jenny is a Vice President at Animoca Ventures, focusing on early-stage investments in blockchain infrastructure, gaming and content.
Prior to Animoca Ventures, she was an Assistant Vice President focusing on web 3.0, consumer and tech investments at C Ventures (now C Capital), an investment vehicle backed by New World Development. Previously, she was an analyst at J.P. Morgan. Jenny holds a BSc (Econ) Statistics and Economics degree from University College London.

Hudson Jiang is CTO of ZA International, focusing on cutting-edge technologies including Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. He is dedicated to exploring the broader boundaries of finance on a more secure, tech-based basis.

Hudson was formerly a co-founder and CTO of Geerong Yunke, where he was responsible for building the Geerong brand from scratch and developing technology solutions. He contributed to the company’s fintech transformation with Big Data and AI at its core, and the IPO of its parent entity Jiayin Group on Nasdaq.

Prior to that, he was the founder of Ant Financial Cloud, where he launched the product R&D team and led the cloud service to go live within a year. In two years’ time, he managed to support the onboarding of MYBank (Zhejiang E-Commerce Bank), Zhima Credit, Tianhong Asset Management, as well as India's largest mobile payments and commerce platform Paytm.

Michael Gao currently is responsible for leading the various business development teams across ChainUp’s global offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Cyprus, Brazil and Tokyo. Before that, he was the CFO of the Group. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry across different regions, Michael has led a fintech company as the CEO, turning the company into the largest cross-border payment service provider in Beijing in 2020. Prior to that, Michael was the CEO of a financial holding company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He started his career in major global banks including DBS, HSBC, and Maybank. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Kelvin Soo is the Head of Partnerships at Materia Logic. Currently working on cloud infrastructure projects related to metaverse and blockchain solutions. He has more than 7 years of practical experience in IT industries ranging from mobile applications to trade engine software. He was a blockchain specialist advising crypto funds with technical and tokenomics analysis.

Eddie is currently the Co-Founder of Bloom Rewards Limited. Bloom Rewards is a Web3.0 rewards platform that enables all Visa cards to start earning crypto and NFTs as rewards. In May 2015, Eddie founded his first tech start-up, HEYCOINS, a FinTech start-up in the Greater Bay Area of China.
