1. The payment model for developer support plan is a subscription-based prepaid plan. $19.99 will be deducted from your account immediately after purchasing the Developer support plan.
2. The payment model for business, enterprise on-ramp and enterprise support plans are post-paid model and are billed on a calendar-month basis, with no requirement for long-term contracts. We provide after-sales support for multiple account IDs (i.e. UIDs) under the same customer, the monthly service fee is calculated based on the total Alibaba Cloud usage charges incurred by all UIDs associated with the subscribing customer, in accordance with the billing rules described above.
3. The monthly fee for business, enterprise on-ramp and enterprise support plans will be the greater of: (a) the specified minimum monthly fee, or (b) a percentage of your monthly cloud resource usage charges, as described above. Once subscribed, you must wait for at least one full calendar month before you can cancel the subscription.
4. Certain Alibaba Cloud services are excluded from the Support Plan fee calculation. These include: Alibaba Cloud Professional Certifications, Apsara Clouder Certifications, Apsara Conference-related products, Support Plans and Alibaba Cloud Expert Services. Fees for Alibaba Cloud ZOLOZ products and Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud are also excluded from the Support Plan billing calculation.
