Doubts regarding Web hosting service

We have a company incorporated in China, that will probably contract your service.
Nevertheless, we would like to manage the web hosting service from Spain.
Can you please confirm:
a) is there any access limitation in managing your service from outside China?
b) is English supported in your managing platform if is contracted by a Chinese company?
c) do you offer RDS services for Oracle database?

a) No limited when you can login in console, you also can use the aliyuncli command to manage, as below:

b) we are Alibaba Cloud international support team
c) You can use RDS for Postgres like oracle more or less as:

Regarding ORACLE usage... well, we have evaluated to migrate our Oracle schemas to other SQL-oriented services but it will not be possible for us  at the moment. Thus, we will install ORACLE database in ECS service for now...
