Every organization runs on the same invisible tax: the contract that waits three days for review, the invoice stack reconciled by hand at quarter-end, the customer feedback nobody has capacity to read, the onboarding pack rebuilt from scratch each hire. Individually these are small. Across a team, a department, a quarter, they are where capacity quietly goes. That's the work our new series, Real Work with QwenWork, sets out to change.
This series documents what happens when you hand those workflows to QwenWork — not as a novelty, but as repeatable operations. Twenty installments, each one a real business task run from first prompt to final deliverable, with the intermediate steps and the self-checks shown as they happen. The goal isn't a faster draft. It's a workflow your team can standardize on, hand off, and trust.
Every article is one complete workflow, run start to finish: four to five rounds of prompts in sequence, the reasoning behind each round made explicit, and the intermediate outputs shown as they emerge — not just the polished result. Each one ends in a real, usable deliverable: a Word document, a live dashboard, an editable deck, a run-of-show, a reconciliation exception list — something an owner can act on and pass downstream the same day.
For teams evaluating this in production, we held to two commitments:
The inputs are real-shaped and fully reproducible. Messy notes, mixed-format exports, verbatim emails, a one-page syllabus — the unglamorous material these workflows actually begin with. Every sample input is included in full, so you can run the identical workflow against your own data and judge the output on your terms, not ours.
The outputs are shown honestly. Screenshots are captured from real sessions, including the verification passes where QwenWork checks its own work before calling it done. In a business context that step matters more than the speed: a deliverable nobody can trust is just a faster rough draft, and faster rough drafts still cost someone an evening to fix.

The workflows span the functions that carry the most repetitive knowledge work: legal, finance, HR, support, engineering, marketing, research, education, and the management layer that connects them. Find your team in the Function column and open the row that matches a process you already run — that's the one to pilot first, because a workflow mapped to work you're already doing proves value fastest.
New installments publish as the workflows are produced, and this page stays current. Pick the process that costs your team the most, and let QwenWork run it from there.
