Quick BI:Overview

Last Updated:Jun 23, 2025

Datasets function as an intermediate stage between data sources and visualization. They receive input from data sources and output data models for visualization. Datasets are typically used by IT personnel, data engineers, or data analysts when data transformation is required. In Quick BI, datasets form the foundation for visual analysis. You can create datasets based on data tables that contain the data you want to analyze. Quick BI allows you to create datasets through the user interface or by using SQL statements.

You can edit, rename, and associate datasets created from tables in data sources or datasets created using SQL statements. You can also perform secondary data processing on these datasets.
