Quick BI:Advanced Configuration Overview

On the dataset editing page, click Advanced Configuration in the top toolbar to configure Basic Properties, Acceleration Configuration, Row and Column Permissions, and Q Chat.

Basic properties

You can edit the dataset name (①) and description (②) in the basic information, and transfer the owner (③) of the dataset. Click Update (④) to save the configuration.

You can view the configuration status of Acceleration Configuration, Row-level Permission, and Column-level Permission in the Configuration Overview below, and click Enable or Configure to navigate to the corresponding interface for configuration.

View performance and configure the acceleration engine. For more information, see Configure Quick engine.

Permission control

Collaborative authorization

Grant Users the Permissions on Datasets. For more information, see Grant Users the Permissions on Datasets.

Row-level permission

Set row-level permissions for datasets. For more information, see Row-level permission.

Column-level permission

Set column-level permissions for data. For more information, see Column-level permission.

Q Chat

Important

Smart Q is a value-added module that requires an additional purchase. Contact our business team to purchase this module.

To use Q Chat, you must configure the dataset for queries. On the dataset editing page, click Advanced Configuration and select Q Chat. You can then configure Query Settings, Query Permissions, and Knowledge Base Management. For more information, see Data Preparation.

Fluctuation analysis

You can configure Fluctuation Analysis for the dataset as needed. This includes configuring the Analysis Approach and Report Template. For more information, see Key Driver Analysis.
