The Indonesia Generative AI Hackathon event held in four cities across Indonesia was a resounding success. Readers can find details on the Hackathon webpage. A hundred teams signed up, and 50 opened accounts in Alibaba Cloud and used Alibaba Cloud resources. 27 completed the tasks and prepared reports. With Alibaba Cloud as the cloud solution provider, they offered three solutions to the participants:
Of these three solutions, Solution 2 (1B, 1C) was the most popular among the users. Participants found connecting their frontend solutions with ECS using API convenient and used PAI-EAS to run LLM (Llama 2) to save vectors/retrieval. At the same time, Analytic DB handled the data management. Additionally, the Langchain Library was employed for history preservation.
The Hackathon occurred in Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Makassar, with each city forming teams to participate. The breakdown of teams per city is listed below:
