Recently, Alibaba Cloud and Salesforce announced that they will launch a series of new features to provide more localized functions and products for domestic enterprises, including Salesforce mobile applications, Salesforce Connect, external identity recognition, event monitoring, and Shield, on the basis of keeping pace with global versions. In addition, it will deeply integrate the CXG products of Salesforce Internet gateway with Lingyang intelligence (Quick Audience, Quick Service, etc.) and AMAP.
Introducing Salesforce CRM to Alibaba Cloud
