ack-onepilot component overview and release history

ack-onepilot automates agent installation and configuration for Microservices Engine (MSE) and Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) in Kubernetes clusters. Deploy it once, and both MSE Microservices Governance and ARMS application monitoring are ready to use without separate agent setup.

What ack-onepilot does

ack-onepilot is a system component provided by Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK) that lets you conveniently access MSE. For the basic implementation principles of ack-onepilot, see Working principles of the ack-onepilot component.

With ack-onepilot installed, you can enable Microservices Governance for Spring Cloud and Dubbo microservice applications deployed in clusters and use various service governance capabilities provided by MSE. This improves the stability and development efficiency of your online microservice applications.

ARMS and MSE share the same agent and component. A single ack-onepilot deployment serves both services without additional configuration.
