Application Real-Time Monitoring Service:Editions

The Browser Monitoring sub-service of Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) provides two editions: Basic Edition and Pro Edition. For more information about the billing of each edition, visit the ARMS pricing page.

The Basic Edition is no longer available for activation, and beginning March 31, 2024, technical support is no longer provided for it. For more information, see [Billing changes] Discontinuation of Application Monitoring Basic Edition and Browser Monitoring Basic Edition activation.

Displays the statistics of metrics, such as the satisfaction rate, JavaScript (JS) error rate, page speed, and success rate of API requests.

Displays the Apdex-based satisfaction trend by time and page.

The Basic edition does not support Slow Page Session Trace(TOP20).

Session tracing

Performs end-to-end tracing based on the username or user ID. It can also be used to trace user behaviors.

JS error diagnostics

Displays the JS stability metrics, such as Page Ranked by Error Rate, Frequent Errors, and Error View.

API request

Displays API request metrics, such as the success rate of API requests, API response time, and API response information.

Displays all the API request statistics of the application for a specified period. These statistics include the success rate of API requests, average success response time, average failure response time, number of slow responses, and number of errors.

Supports the following two custom statistics features: SUM log and AVG log.

Displays the statistics and breakdown of the manually reported SUM log and AVG log.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshoots application issues based on reverse data drilling.

Displays the access speed of applications, JS stability, and success rate of API requests. The statistics are based on dimensions such as Chinese provinces and cities, countries and regions, operating systems, devices, browsers, resolutions, carriers, and connection types.

Displays raw access logs that are reported by all agents.

Page views (PVs) of websites

Allows you to set the limit on the PVs of frontend websites.

ARMS calculates daily resource usage based on the total number of PVs of all websites so that you can limit daily usage. Different editions support different specifications.

Retention period of statistical aggregate data

Displays the retention period of time series data, such as PVs and unique visitors (UVs), that is generated when you call applications to perform query and statistical operations.

Displays the retention period of detailed data, such as call URLs and headers, that is generated when you call operations to perform query and diagnostic operations.
