By the mail group /group function of Alibaba Mail, the requirement of sending emails to accounts under mail group /group and automatically distributing emails to all mailboxes of group members can be realized, eliminating the tedious step of adding all receiving accounts one by one for mass sending.
There are two types of mail groups: normal mail group and dynamic mail group.
Normal mail groups include static mail groups and groups.
Dynamic mail groups include department dynamic groups and dynamic mail groups.
A normal mail group or a dynamic mail group is a collection of email addresses. When a sender sends an email to the mail group, all mail group members can receive the email. If the sender wants to send an email or reply to an email to a member of the mail group, all the members of the mail group can receive the email by typing the mail group address on the recipient's address, which is convenient for the members of the email group to communicate with each other.

Static Mail Group
Static mail groups are created in the DEPTs & Users-Mail Groups-Mail Groups-Create Mail Group section.
To add email group members, you can add email addresses individually or batch by department. The addresses are relatively fixed.
The administrator can view and manage members or permissions in the mailbox management background.

Group
Group is the organization collaboration platform, which provides users with enterprise project collaboration and communication services. Department Dynamic Mail Group /Dynamic Mail Group
The biggest difference between department dynamic mail group /dynamic mail group and static mail group is that the members of department dynamic mail group /dynamic mail group can automatically increase or decrease with the addition or departure of department employees without manual modification.
A department dynamic mail group is created in the DEPTs & Users-Employee Accounts-Create Department Mail Group section.

Differences between Department Dynamic Mail Group and Dynamic Mail Group:
Department dynamic mail group can only be created or edited according to the selected department, while dynamic mail group supports adding multiple departments and dynamic conditions.
