This topic describes how to export the member list of dynamic mail group.
The members of a dynamic mail group are the employee accounts of this group. The following figure shows how to setup a dynamic mail group. You can learn more about the dynamic mail group feature.
1. Select the department for which you want to add a department mail group, right-click the department name, and select Create Department Mail Group from the drop-down list. You can also select the department and click Create Department Mail Group.
2. Edit the name, address, and permissions of this dynamic mail group as shown in the following figure. Click Save to finish the setup.
3. In the Dynamic Mail Groups list, find the new department mail group.
To sum up, a dynamic mail group is a department mail group, and the members of this department is the members of its dynamic email group.
If you want to export the members of a dynamic mail group, you may check with the postmaster to export the member list of the department corresponding to the dynamic mail group.
Procedure
Select the corresponding Departmen in DEPTs & Users-- Employee Accounts and click Import/Export button to export the email accounts in this department.
