Microservices Engine:Refund policy

Last Updated:Apr 30, 2025

This topic describes the refund rules, methods, and destinations of each module provided by Alibaba Cloud Microservices Engine (MSE). If you decide to terminate the service, Alibaba Cloud will reclaim the resources and return the corresponding refund based on the unsubscription policy.

Refund notes

  • For prepaid resources, such as subscription resources and resource plans, Alibaba Cloud will return the corresponding refund based on the refund rules.

  • For postpaid resources, such as pay-as-you-go resources, bills are generated in real time based on the actual usage. No refunds are involved. You can directly release resources in the console to stop billing. When you release resources, the resources are deleted.

    Important

Before you release resources, make sure that data has been backed up or data in the cluster has been migrated. After resources are released, you are no longer charged.
