Why is the refund amount zero?
The refund amount may be zero for several reasons:
-
Voucher payment: The order was paid for with a voucher.
-
Non-full refund calculation: According to the rules for non-full refunds, the Refund amount = Actual amount paid - Consumed amount. If the consumed amount is equal to or greater than the actual amount paid at the time of unsubscription, the calculated refund amount is zero.
-
If your account becomes a managed member of a financial parent account after you purchase a resource, the refund amount will be zero if you later try to unsubscribe. This happens because when such a financial relationship ends, resources are transferred back to the member account without their financial value. Therefore, the instance has no remaining value for calculating refunds, resulting in a zero refund amount.
