If you no longer use the cloud-native gateway, release it promptly to avoid incurring costs due to idle resources. This topic describes how to release a cloud-native gateway instance.
Before releasing an instance, ensure that the APIs on the instance are no longer in use or have been migrated to a new instance. Otherwise, your application may encounter service interruption issues due to the instance release.
After an instance is released, the instance and its data are deleted. Proceed with caution.
Release pay-as-you-go instances and Serverless instances
Log on to the MSE console. In the top navigation bar, select a region.
On the Gateways page, in the Actions column of the target instance, choose , and click OK in the dialog box that appears.
Release subscription instances
You can unsubscribe from subscription instances in the Expenses and Costs console. For more information, see Unsubscribe from a subscription instance.
