If you use Dataphin's self-built account system, create accounts for users with different roles before you start data development.
Permissions

Super administrators and system administrators can create accounts individually or in batches, and edit all member accounts.

Regular users can only edit their own account information.
Limits
You can create up to 100 accounts in a single batch.
Create an account

On the Dataphin home page, choose Management Center > Member Management.

Choose Account Management > Member Management. On the Member Management page, click Create Account. The Create Account dialog box opens.

If the self-built account logon method is active, find a user with a different logon method in the member list and click More to create and attach a self-built account.

If the self-built account logon method is active and regular users can create accounts, a user without a self-built account who has the Member Management - Manage Tenant Members permission or the user themselves can click More and select Create Account to create a self-built account for logging on.

In the Create Account dialog box, configure the following parameters.
Parameter
Description
Account (Required)
Must start with a letter. Up to 100 characters, unique across the tenant. Supports letters, digits, and English characters. Example: z1!@qea.
Password (Required)
Must include at least two of: letters, digits, and English characters. No spaces. 6–20 characters. Click Auto-generate to create a password.
Username (Required)
Defaults to the account name but can be changed. Must be unique within the tenant. Example: Zhang San.
User Role (Required)
Assign global roles as needed. Users can hold multiple roles:

System Administrator: All super administrator permissions except certain sensitive permissions.

Data Steward: Creates and manages asset topics.
-
Datasource Administrator: Creates and edits all data sources.
-
Security Administrator: Full asset security permissions, including creating and modifying security policies, and security auditing.

Quality Administrator: Creates quality rules for resources such as data tables and data sources, and views quality reports.

Cross-Tenant-Publish Administrator: Publishes data across tenants.

Datastandards Administrator: Views, operates, and manages all data standards.
-
Tag User: Full tag architecture permissions in the planning module, including asset marketplace, entity, and ID management.
Global roles:User roles and permissions.
To assign a project or section role instead, skip the user role here and assign it when adding the member. Add project members.
Email
Enter a valid email address. Example: username@example.com.
Phone
Select a country code and enter the phone number. Search by keyword to find country codes.
Dingtalk Robot, Lark Robot, Wecom Robot
Enter the webhook URL for the DingTalk, Lark, or WeCom group robot. Add a DingTalk group robot contact, Add a Lark group robot contact, and Add a WeCom group robot contact.
NoteThis creates a single account. To create multiple accounts, click Batch Create Accounts.

Click OK to create the account.

On the Member Management page, click Batch Create. The Batch Create Accounts dialog box opens.
If the self-built account logon method is active, you can also click Create Account and then click Batch Create Accounts in the Create Account dialog box.

In the Batch Create Accounts dialog box, add accounts individually or import them in bulk.

Batch import accounts

STEP 1: Download the upload template
Download template
Click Batch Import Account Configuration Template to download the template, or upload an existing one directly.
STEP 2: Upload the Excel configuration file

The fields in the template match the Add accounts configuration items. For more information about the configurations, see Add accounts.

(Optional) Select Accounts with errors to filter and fix accounts with errors.

Click OK.
Add members

On the Member Management page, click Add Member. The Add Member dialog box opens.

In the Add Member dialog box, configure the following parameters.

This list shows only members not yet added to the tenant. If you cannot find the user, create an account or batch create accounts. For more information, see Create an account and Batch create accounts.
Username
Select one or more self-built account members from the drop-down list.
