Dataphin members can receive system alerts and other message notifications through a Lark group bot. You can add a Lark group bot webhook address as a contact method for individual members.
Permission Description

Metadata warehouse tenant super administrators and system administrators (instance level) can edit message channels.

Super administrators and system administrators at the tenant level can edit message channels and configure contact information for all members.
Procedure
Step 1: Enable Lark Group Bot Message Channel in Tenant Settings

On the Dataphin home page, select Management Center > System Settings from the top menu bar.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Tenant Settings > Message Channel.

On the Message Channel Settings page, set Channel Settings to Tenant Custom and enable Lark Robot under Basic Channel.

Click OK.
Step 2: Configure Lark Group Bot and Obtain Webhook Address

Open the Lark group where you want to receive alert notifications in the Lark desktop app.

Click the More icon in the upper-right corner and select Settings to open the Group Settings panel.

In the Group Bot section, click Add Custom Bot, enter the bot name and description, and then click Add.

After the bot is added, a webhook address is displayed. Click Copy Address to copy it.
Step 3: Add Lark Group Bot Contact Information for Members

On the Dataphin home page, select Management Center > Member Management from the top menu bar.

In the member list, click the Edit icon in the Actions column for the target member.

In the Edit Account dialog box, enter the Lark group webhook address in the Lark Robot field.

Click OK. The member can now receive message notifications through the Lark group bot.
Due to Lark permission restrictions, you cannot @ mention users by phone number.
