Behavior Insights
Quick Tracking offers behavior insights and user insights to help you understand how users interact with your product and identify growth opportunities.
Function overview
Quick Tracking provides two categories of analysis: behavior insights and user insights.
Behavior insights
Analyze event metrics with drill-down by grouping and filtering to understand product usage and identify key factors behind metric changes.
Track user conversion and drop-off across behavioral steps to optimize products or run campaigns that improve conversion rates and meet business goals.
Define initial and return behaviors for different business scenarios and product stages to measure user stickiness. Use retention results to refine strategies that guide users toward product value and drive real user growth.
View how users are distributed across an event metric within a specified range, such as by event occurrence count, days of product usage, or user property values, to gain deeper insight into user characteristics.
Measure time intervals and data distribution between specified user behaviors. Indicators such as maximum, minimum, and median reveal the user experience along product paths and help evaluate feature design.
Session analysis links individual user actions into a continuous sequence, enabling deeper interpretation of end-to-end product usage behavior.
Path analysis visualizes user navigation flows in a Sankey diagram, showing traffic within and between pages. Use it to validate operational strategies and refine product design.
User Insight
Select users who share specific behavioral and attribute characteristics within a given time period, then analyze and target them with precision.
Segment users by lifecycle stage to identify at-risk users, take targeted actions, and grow the active user base.
