After the quota of a resource plan is used, you are charged based on your actual usage.
If you have an active resource plan, you can use the quota of your resource plan to offset fees based on your actual usage. If the quota of your resource plan is exhausted, you are charged based on the pay-as-you-go billing method. For more information, visit the OSS pricing page.
