To cancel an OSS resource plan, submit a ticket. Before submitting, confirm that your resource plan meets all three eligibility conditions below.

All three conditions must be met:
| Condition | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Usage | The resource plan has not been used. |
| Purchase date | The resource plan was purchased less than five days ago. |
| Order type | The resource plan was not purchased through an upgrade. |
Before requesting a refund
Refunding a resource plan does not affect your stored data. If no other resource plans are available in your account to cover usage after the refund, OSS switches to pay-as-you-go billing automatically.
Pay-as-you-go billing does not support refunds. To stop OSS charges without a refund, release your OSS resources at any time. For more information, see How do I deactivate OSS or stop being charged for it?
