Billing method
OSS supports the following billing methods:

Pay-as-you-go: A postpaid method where you use resources first and pay based on actual usage. Ideal for fluctuating workloads.

Resource plan: A prepaid method where you purchase resource plans covering common billable items such as storage and traffic fees. Usage is deducted from the plan, and any excess is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Suitable for predictable workloads.
