If your DataV-Board 7.0 (Data Dashboard) product is nearing expiration and you want to extend its validity, you must renew it. Failure to renew on time may result in service interruption or shutdown and release of the product. This topic provides an overview of expiration and renewal procedures for DataV-Board 7.0.
Expiration description
Expiration notification: You will receive a text message from the system after the product instance expires.
Expiration impact: Post-expiration, the product features will become unavailable. The instance will be retained for 15 days, during which you can renew at any time. If not renewed within this period, the instance will be destroyed and cannot be renewed. To continue using DataV-Board 7.0, you will need to repurchase the product.
New purchases and renewals may have different prices for the same subscription duration due to marketing activities (for example, some activities only support renewal users).
Renewal description
Impact of not renewing: The instance will be destroyed and will no longer be usable.
Renewal time: You can renew before the product expires or within 15 days following expiration.
Fee details: Renewals are available on a monthly or yearly basis, with the cost based on the number of valid days. Specific fees can be found on the actual interface. For billing standards of different versions, see Billing method.
Renewal operation
Log on to the DataV console.
Hover the mouse over the username in the upper right corner and click Product Renewal to access the Renewal page.
Choose the Renewal Duration as needed, agree to the service terms, and click Go To Payment. Follow the on-screen instructions to place your order.
NoteThe Basic Edition supports only a 1-year renewal. The Enterprise Edition and Professional Edition allow you to choose from 1 to 9 months or 1 year.
To prevent service interruption due to expiration, consider selecting Auto-renewal Upon Expiration. Once enabled, the system will automatically renew according to the chosen cycle. Refer to the order time for further details.
Auto-renewal deductions begin 9 days before the product's expiration. If the initial deduction fails, attempts will continue until successful or until 1 day before expiration.
Auto-renewal can only charge the account's available balance (bank card/Alipay balance or credit card limits are not supported). Please ensure there is a sufficient balance.
