DataV-Board 7.0 (Data Dashboard) version levels, in ascending order, are Basic Edition, Enterprise Edition, Professional Edition. Each version offers distinct services and subscription durations. Should your current edition not fulfill your business needs, you may upgrade or downgrade accordingly.
Product upgrade
If your business grows and requires more resources or you want to access more advanced product features, you can upgrade the product version as needed.
Upgrade impacts
Upgrading will not disrupt the execution of ongoing tasks.
Content edited in the original lower version remains intact and usable after the upgrade.
An upgrade involves only configuration changes; the product's subscription period remains as initially selected.
Upgrade fees
Upgrading requires payment of the price difference for the remaining time in the current billing cycle. For billing standards of each version, see billing methods. Charges are based on the actual interface.
Upgrade procedure
Follow these steps to upgrade your product:
Log on to the DataV console.
Click your account name in the upper right corner of the page and select Upgrade to access the configuration change page.
Choose the desired version to upgrade and click Buy Now to place your order following the on-screen instructions.
Product downgrade
If the resources of your purchased product version are excessive, you can downgrade to a more suitable version to optimize resource use. Currently, the product does not offer a one-click downgrade feature. To downgrade, you must unsubscribe from the higher version and purchase the lower version.
Downgrade impacts
Unsubscribing from a product makes saved visualization projects and other content temporarily inaccessible, though data is not immediately deleted and is retained for 15 days by default. If a new product is purchased within this period, the data will automatically sync to the new product, allowing continued access to the related data.
ImportantEnsure you purchase a new product within 15 days after unsubscribing to avoid permanent deletion of your project data.
Project quotas, workspaces, and other specifications vary between versions. Downgrading may result in the locking of certain features and content. Proceed with caution and refer to the specification description for feature details of each version.
Downgrade fees
Downgrade fees consist of high version unsubscribe fees and low version new purchase fees :
High version unsubscribe: The platform will refund the difference based on the remaining time in the current billing cycle.
Low version new purchase: The platform will charge according to the selected version and subscription duration.
For billing standards of each version, see billing methods. Charges are based on the actual interface.
Downgrade procedure
Refer to Refund policy to unsubscribe from the current high version product.
Refer to Activate service to repurchase a lower version product.
