Activate DataV-Board
DataV-Board editions differ in the number of supported projects, templates, and component types. Select an edition based on the projects and features you need. For more information, see Activate DataV-Board.
Renewal
If a service instance expires, service interruptions may occur. The system will remind or notify you to renew the service at the earliest opportunity. To ensure service continuity, you can manually renew or enable auto-renewal for the service.
Upgrade and downgrade
You can upgrade or downgrade your edition based on your business requirements.
Unsubscription
If you no longer need DataV-Board, you can unsubscribe from the service.
FAQ
The following section provides answers to commonly asked questions about DataV-Board billing.
Can I renew an edition after it expires?
No, you cannot renew an edition after it expires. We recommend that you renew before expiration. You can, however, purchase the edition again. After an edition expires, the service instance is released immediately and you can no longer access published visualized projects. The saved visualized projects and related production content are retained for 15 days. During this period, you can purchase DataV again and continue your development.
Can I use DataV Enterprise Edition and Professional Edition in an account at the same time?
No, you cannot use DataV Enterprise Edition and Professional Edition in the same account. You can only use them in separate accounts.
