Chat App Message Service:Unsubscribe query

The unsubscribe query allows you to view the phone numbers and unsubscribe time of users who have clicked the Unsubscribe button in WhatsApp marketing templates, based on the enterprise number dimension. This topic will guide you on how to query user unsubscribe information.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Channel Management.

  3. On the Channel Management page, find the WhatsApp channel, and click its ID or Manage in the Actions column.

  4. On the channel details page, click Unsubscription Query in the left-side navigation pane.

  5. On the Unsubscription Query page, select the query conditions as needed.

    1. Enterprise phone number

    2. User phone number (optional)

    3. Time range when users clicked the Unsubscribe button

      Note

      To export data, click the Download icon in the upper right corner of the page. After the export is complete, go to Download Center to download the data. For more information, see Download center.
